ROOMS

Five ensuite single, twin and double rooms. In addition there are two single rooms which have bathroom facilities across the corridor. All have tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer.

LIVING

There is a guest sitting room on the second floor which has fabulous views of the town beach and harbour and hot and cold drinks are available here at a small charge. Breakfast is served in the dining room.

Superb location opposite one of the main beaches and a five minute walk on flat ground to the centre of Hugh Town.

Prices start at £325 per person sharing a Double room on bed and breakfast for three nights with flights from Land's End to St Mary's
