The Travellers' Club - Special Interest Tours

We are proud of our very close association with The Travellers' Club, which goes back over twenty years.

Between us we organise many tours for small companionable groups of like-minded travellers who share an interest in the sites and places we visit. These are particularly fascinating trips - do take time to have a look at the selection on offer.

Planned and Escorted by Experts!

Each tour is planned by an expert in the subject to make the most of the itinerary, whilst allowing enough time for a proper look at sites at a relaxed pace. This expert will escort the group and his or her knowledge will add more interest and depth to the trip. Each expert is specifically chosen for their experience, resourcefulness and flexibility.

Where do we go?

Areas visited are very varied, from a week in Ravenna and Venice looking at Byzantine and Renaissance Art to two weeks in Iran visiting the treasures of Ancient Persia and modern Iran. Or perhaps the fascinating trip to Sri Lanka, is more to your taste. You will find a full list of tours here with more detail on the following pages.

New Tours

New tours are always being devised - for example this year Undiscovered Hungary in October which covers Budapest and historic cities and castles. Alsace and the Lands of the Rhine covers the two differeing areas and wine growing. Sri Lank a Gentle Tour is particularly intersting whilst Iran in Spring and Autumn return by popular demand. We have also added Morocco a Grand Tour of the South which covers Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains and the dessert. More details on these and many others are shown here on the right. We are in the planning stages of a new tour to Malta and a revised tour itinerary to Syria and the Lebanon so do check back for details on these.

We tailor-make tours for groups from Museums and Galleries, History and Fine Art Societies to visit art and architectural sites in Europe and beyond.

The Heart of Central India

This tour visits some of the great monuments to Indian history and Culture and also gives an insight to the "real India". This is a holiday but there is so much to see, so we have been selective on the itinerary which offers time to explore alone or in a group.
